Anyone can request a factual correction or flag a listing issue. You do not need to own the business or purchase a service.
Tell us what needs a second look.
Include the business or guide URL, the information you believe is wrong, and a reliable source or explanation. Reports can concern contact details, services, a closure, a duplicate, a private address, or a request to remove information.
Do not include passwords, customer records, or other sensitive documents. For a private-address concern, say that the address should not be public without repeating private details in an unnecessary attachment.
What happens next?
The operator reviews the report and supporting information. Material identity or privacy concerns may require suppressing a listing during review. A proposed change does not replace public information until approved. We may ask for clarification and do not promise a particular response time.
